Feeling more myself today! good loss, 3 mile walk with the girls and doggy including me having to carry both the younger two along the way haha!! Decided to givr my treadmill away to nect person looking to loose weight to help them along the journey :)

Here's a question. Could you walk further back at your starting weight or can you walk further now carrying your eldest? Only asking because I was knackered yesterday helping my daughter move out if her old uni digs and it occurred to me that I wouldn't have be huffing and panting before I lost the weight but I am when I carry a box with the same weight that I lost, am I losing weight and getting weaker 😂

I couldn't carry her for long but I guess it's different to actually weighting that than carring the weight I think I'd struggle with moving furniture etc now with less weight behind me find out later or tomorrow with the treadmill move 🤣🤣
