17 more days until Halloween!! I'll need help. I LOVE chocolate. I have done pretty good the last two days starting Atkins (sort of). If anyone is doing low carb high protein can they check out my diet calendar. I don't know if I am eating enough calories. I am hungry!! Want to lose 15 lbs by Christmas. Halloween and Thanksgiving will be the test.
