Ran out of most of my foundation vegetables I need to do some shopping. Still hanging steady on my weight, going on 8 days of no change. Will shop later today when I take hubby to psych appt.

I read that stres can cause some to hang on to the weight - at least on the scale. I remember one week when I GAINED 9 pounds - is that even POSSIBLE - but I had dropped back by the next week. Wasn't doing anything differently than I had been either. I have been on induction since the end of May and am feeling great - am off the diabetes meds, BP has dropped to the point where my Dr and I are cutting back on that as well. My body doesn't LIKE carbs -- even if the rest of me does. Even on induction, I'm not losing more than a pound or a little more a week over all, but then I hate exercise!! Hang in there, it's worth it.
