So ticked off!!!!! The scales aren't moving anymore! I am trying my best!! And NOW I find out fat free cool whip has hydrogenated vegetable oil in it! GRRRRRR!! I was thinking this whole time fat FREE meant FREE of fat! GRRRR!!! Needless to say I am feeling discouraged, defeated and very frustrated this evening. I REALLY need to see movement on these scales every week!
