Well, yesterday was certainly a shameful day for me! My BF and I went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. We haven't eaten there in probably 2 years, and ladies and gentlemen, I lost my head. I ate like it was my last meal, just stuffing food in my mouth, not really tasting it, just eating until I couldn't force another bite down. This morning I got on the scale to see how much damage I did...2.4 pounds GAINED since yesterday! That food did not taste that good! Definitely not worth it. This weekend is going to be all about damage control.

Don't worry, it happens to us all. I've been there too many times to remember lol. Often the weight gained from a binge is just gonna be mostly water weight. One of the things that really helps is to try and go Low Carb (around 20g) for a couple of days to get rid of that water. So LOT'S of salads, eggs, meat, fish and sugar free drinks, jello ought to do the trick. I wouldn't recommend reducing calories too much though, that's the trap I usually fall into, but it's not good for the metabolism. All the best!
