First day back at the gym. Did a light workout to test things out. All systems go!

Then we did a 5 mile hike at Little Si. Not a bad day!

Hey man! We were thinking about ya! Lil Si was a breeze. Too many people (many in street clothes and slow). Definitely sore. Day 1 sore in arms, chest, back. Day 2 repeat arms, chest, back, add abs. Good stuff, but I’m retaining water from the workout 🏋️‍♀️. Gonna do leg day today or tomorrow. Gotta schedule the scan! 😆

That is great! Back at it again, man! I went to Mt Si for the first time last fall. It is a pretty little hike! Chris, pshhh! Past your hiking prime... Goodness! 😁 You lads be careful and don't over do anything too quickly! Yeah... Don't start with lifting over 400 pounds! 🙄 Your bodies and wives will be happier with you... 😁

Yeah, it’s pretty straight forward. They have a few print outs to read and then you sign a sign in sheet. Not very formal. Everyone was very happy to see us. They moved some equipment around for better spacing. No full classes until phase 3. Tanning is off limits. I think I need to bring my own spray bottle 😂

Careful is smart! We’ve been hiking and doing cardio so the hike was pretty easy. Lifting was not easy 🤣
