OK looks like the weight is falling off all of a sudden! Drinking black coffee now to reduce calories. So quite a bit of a reduction in dairy (less sugar carbs from milk?), though I won't give up one of my weaknesses - Cheese! Especially with low fat versions and it's full of protein!
