Stayed on track with cals yesterday, although my macs were whack. I was working in the yard so I forget to eat (so weird) and have to make myself do it. We ordered Chinese food for a late lunch/early supper. It was delicious. Later, I had an ice cream from a local place. Im up a little today, but its also TOM so...

I also did a zoom yoga class last night - after all my yard work. I cant believe how tight my back feels. I couldnt do anything. My back has been bothering me lately so it makes sense. Today I woke up with a knot around my shoulder blade. Its killing me - but Im stretching and I used the corner of the door frame to try and work it out and it feel a little better.

Last night I went through some of my old journals. I was in a totally different spot last year, nutritionally speaking. I was really focusing on what I ate and seeing some good results. Ill get back there!
