For those doing banting and keto strictly: what are you averaging in terms of daily calorie intake? If you are a middle aged woman.

I try to stick to 3 meals a day. cutting carbs as much as possible. with Keto it is important to not focus to much on the caloric intake and rather the protein and fat intake

Calories are still important. Try for 1300 - 1500per day

Thanks I’m averaging around 1200 - 1300 cal. And max 20g carbs per day (not net). Will see how week 2 goes.

I'm sticking to 1100 cals per day, very strict with the carbs, definitely under 20. It''s going really well, I am losing consistently. I'm middle aged :)
