Lazy dinner, really cba with dieting at the moment. Been tired from work and family stuff so the temptation to eat grab&go food is high. I MUST RESIST 💪🏾

Cut the fat off

This can actually be a very diet friendly dinner. Just fry it in frylight instead of oil, cut off the fat from the bacon and skip the sausage. I follow SlimmingWorld and have a fry up once a week. Fried eggs in frylight, grilled tomato, baked beans and veggie bacon fried in frylight (but you can obviously have normal bacon).
