Has some experienced the same - big drop over one or two days and then it bounces back and takea a week to get back to the least number?
It's been reciently the case. 1.5 kg gone in 3 days and then it goes up again by about 0.5 -0.7 kg and takes a week or more to get to the weight scales showed as the least.
85.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.1 kg.    남은양: 23.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Yes but it's due to the weekend usually where we may indulge a bit, you gain water from the extra carbs, sodium, and food weight. It can take a while to drop it.

Nah, you lost a lot of water weight and then regained it, there is no starvation mode.

Diablo, thx! The water thing makes sense. I am on protein diet and do not eat much carbs and I don't cheat on my diet :)

While reading member journals I seen some graphics that show your fat cells release fat and fill back up with water and then after awhile they release the water. (I guess that's the woosh they talk about) Good luck in your journey to a healthier you.

Hmmm, someone erased their comment or I can't see it anymore. It was about the starvation mode myth. Also, what rabbit said. If you did not indulge it could be the fat cells being filled with water temporarily.
