Hi,

I've been here a week or so and you all seem so supportive I wanted to write a bit about my struggle. I am a big emotional eater and since lockdown I've started showing signs of binge eating where I just can't stop eating. I'm hoping this app will make me more aware of what i'm eating and the healthier choices I can make.

The fact that you're here is proof you're beginning to get healthy. Trust me on this. I've had my fair share of binge eating for 19 years of my life. Keep it up, love.

Hiya Magic, I find the food diary and calorie counter a real help and it makes you more aware of the ingredients of things and choose more wisely. The support here is really helpful too, we give each other a boost when you need it. We're all here for each other ❤️

Like many other on here, I too have had a really unhealthy relationship with food most of my life. It has only been this year that I have stopped bingeing and continually snacking. Somehow without relying. on WW or SW, or some ridiculous liquid diet for months, a switch has flicked in my head and since the beginning of the year it has all stopped. Finding this app and the support has simply spurred me on with healthy eating and a healthy relationship with food...finally. So I guess what I'm really saying is...there is always hope for lasting positive change and finding a healthy relationship with food. This app and the community are a godsend in this quest. Good luck Magic on your journey x

The lockdown is bringing anxiety and eating more is a consequence 😢 I was doing the same and 3 days ago I decided change my diet and do more exercise. Today is my birthday and I just told my partner to do not make any unhealthy surprise! He made a zero sugar jelly cake 🎂🤣🤣👌 Be strong xx
