Back from quick trip to the coast. I did go off my diet a bit. Had some drinks and also a couple of pieces of pizza for dinner last night. I did eat the healthiest pizza I could order. Greek pizza with red peppers, artichokes, feta and mozzarella cheese, red onions, no sauce. I have no idea how many calories though.
