I knew I was over weight, I started by walking 3 days a week for 2 miles a day. I did great and dropped 7 lbs in one week. Before I knew it I was off track and gained it all back plus some! Looking at myself in the mirror and through pictures makes me sick. I decided I needed to do something for myself. Something to make me feel good about who I am and how I look. I want to be able to feel comfortable around friends and family with out constantly adjusting my clothes. So here I go :) this is for me and I can do it.
