After my first week on Atkins I have lost 6 pounds. My cravings for sweets are still a bit of a problem, but not too bad. I have managed to stay within a 16 to 22 net carb range all week. I have found I have to be careful of a few things that tend to give me strong cravings, such as the Atkins bars, anything with artificial sweeteners.
