Today was pretty good for a Monday. It wasn't too busy, and I only worked a 1/2 hour of OT! That's got to be some kind of a record!
As far as eating goes, not too shabby. I had oatmeal for breakfast, cucumber for a snack grilled chicken and veggies for lunch, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner, after my workout.
Oh yeah! Today was the first time I've been to the gym in I don't know how long. I worked out on the elliptical for 20 minutes, did the bike for 20 minutes, and 20 minutes of weight training. I feel good, but I did a little too much weight when I was doing the squats, so my knee is hurting a little, not too bad though.
