Iv been feeling like Im stagnating, but truth is allowed myself many " liberties" the past while. I have not gained any weight or lost anything. I also felt extremely justified with each and every off/relaxed day. Firstly, I celebrated my double digits (to mecit was a huge milestone) Secondly, It was my brothers birthday 🔳🎁🎈🎁🎊🎉 Lastly, I was exposed to the virus and was forced to face this thing head on. Im currently in isolation, results pending. The worst part is the unknown... Suddenly, you doubt your feelings. You question if you are feeling what you feeling or if its just psychosomatic??? I tried to stay focused.... N I feel Im doing ok....its just not easy😘
