hi y'all, Long time no see! okay so I am actually back on the wagon! Lucky for me I didn't spiral out of control. I'm back home with my folks for a few week and it is giving me time to focus on getting back on track! I started today by deciding that I am going to eat well as well as take on the cooking of dinner to keep myself as well as my family on track. It helps that my father want to shed a few pound and that my mother is willing to let me take over her kitchen.( and do the dishes love you mom!)Also I decide to go for a run my parent have a treadmill which is great considering it is miserable out side. I ran a mile and 3 quarters in just under 30 minutes.:) So go me and then I finished the hour off with Shaun T! On DVD of course. But over all I'm just happy to be back.
