I'm not surprised that I only lost two pounds this weigh-in (which is still good, by the way!). I was hoping for three but I'm satisfied, because I overate most of the two weeks; plus, I exercised quite a bit, doing mostly weight lifting, so I know I gained muscle (which weighs more than fat) and I'm happy about that. I'm just pleased to see a loss on the scale. Yippee!

Things are going good. I'm back to eating less often. (I tried having frequent, small meals but it stimulated my appetite too much.) I've been working out three days a week at the gym and enjoying it! I skipped today, unfortunately, because I overslept. I may go tomorrow to make up for it. If not, I'll just wait until my next regularly scheduled day. Bad, I know! I'm still very happy with the Atkins diet and looking forward to reaching my goal weight, maybe in just 7 months!

I'm going to the mall today to look around, which is a pleasure now that I'm in regular sizes again. Tata!
