So, I had been doing pretty well then, all of a sudden, right back down to the 70%s and lower. . .ugh, great, and I don't even realize I'm doing it. Yet, oddly, even though I'm eating less, I'm feeling a bit better. Maybe it's because what I've been eating is a lot better. . .that's my guess at least.
