I had a great Monday! My food choices were all on track and I got in 3 different workouts! How do you like the resistance bands? I'm thinking about buying some to try.

I was doing some basic squats, RDLs and other exercises where I can use resistance bands ) I also watched this video for my workout ) check it out, you might like it too -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcs6XLX8H_0 -- knee friendly ) booty activation ) plus I do not have any equipment in here ) so bands are very good alternative for me)
