I've been very busy! Not following any plan in particular but just trying to do low carb. I began walking again after having pneumonia and I'm slowly working my way back. I am determined to get to 200 lbs by spring. I am really thinking about doing Weight Watchers again. It works! In any case, I've got to regain my focus and do this. This site is a great tool and I want to use it more and reach out to members more. I've got goals to reach and a healthy slim body is part of the deal!
