I'm going to leave this picture here ) To celebrate my little goal on my weight journey ) even though.. my day started not well cause I saw + on the scales ) but then I remembered that woman's body is different ) I realized how might be stressful it was for my body to face the diet and the exercises -- I gave myself a quit time today ) I've decided to listen to myself and the body.. give it a rest.. )
Each month woman's body is going through the cycles, not mentioning the moods ) -- an it is okay, to let the the body to do the work that was created before even I was born ) it will always be this way )
I do appreciate my body, my life, my efforts ) myself and I post this picture to see that my goal is not the dream it is the hard work that I'm capable of to feel good, to look good)
