end of the day and i have been a good girl lol stayed in carbs and down 900 calories for the day. not to bad! feeling good past the atkins honeymoon phase have energy and no heartburn. the weather change continues to make the joints ache but not as bad as it could be it is tolarable. i now weigh less than i have in almost 20 years... definatly some thing to think about. but i am getting over my fear of losing weight and am quite happy at how things are going
