Good morning tatauu and Ashley 🤗🤗☀️☀️ Friends I cannot wait!! 💜💃🏻💃🏻 I love wearing my leggings for our workouts but they don’t have pockets and I have to jam out to my music 🎶💪💪🍑🔥 so I use my JBL speaker because my phone was falling out of the bra strap😱😂😂 but purple 🧘🏻♀️ pants with pockets?!?!?! Take my 💵😂😂 Ashley yes friend it’s Amazon 🤗 I cannot get the pitas anywhere so this is awesome because I freeze them and girl..... they have a Joseph’s combination pack with.... wait for it..... lavish bread!!! I know that’s your jam🤗🤗 I use golden ground flax instead of bread crumbs but I feel like the bulk bag I have, I may have had too long😱 so I’m buying these☺️☺️💜💚

I'm going to advocate against the belly wrap unless you're lifting heavy things. they don't let your core muscles work and they can cause you to become dehydrated.
