Dinner tonight 🌞

(Today’s been super busy, 4 mile walk and an hours workout. So to make up for it I just had to make myself burgers 😍)

Sleekbeach let me know how you get on! Deleted Astro comments. God he’s like a bad smell isn’t he? (and for the record at NO point did I even say or let alone hint that I had burned 500 calories in exercise 😂 I can only wish. I simply meant that I had excess calories remaining in my day.. wait.. God forbid I’m even looking a calorie or a carb 😳 I’ll end up getting my head bitten off every 30 mins on here by a certain someone lol)

BAlkub before lockdown i aimed for at least 2 to 3 miles a day, keep the good work up you are doing a grand job👌

Thanks chestnut 😊 and red - definitely! Also ruudspark mentioned the onions earlier; I’d have these with it too!! Just trying not to go through all my veggies at once 😂 times are tough just now I’m sure you’re all feeling it haha

Hi Baik hope you're doing okay Yeap defo following you and 20 mile/ wk goal! you're gonna be my benchmark now. Although the weather really doesn't inspire me at the moment. As for the bad smell hopefully not lingering around now!

Hey sleekbeach! I only managed a couple miles yesterday because like you say weather has been rubbish here for me. Today looks rubbish too. Tomorrow and Friday look nice though so I’m gunna have to go hard with the walks then! Good luck with the 20mile let me know how you get on!!
