For my challenge I managed to average around 1200 calories over a 6 day period so I was successful in that.

Also did the right amount of cardio throughout this period of time.

Weight the same!!!!!!! But I'll keep doing the same the next week.

It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat this week! Hang in there and it'll show up on the scale. IT HAS TO! :)

Great job on watching cals and moving... I'd recommend checking water and salt for the next few days and check the weigh in then. :) Keep up the great work!
