Well, my weight is still the same this morning, but I am proud of my exercise accomplishments for the week. I got out on a 35 min. bike ride outside this morning and did some floor. My total for the week was 325 minutes from Mon-Sat, or about 5 1/2 hours. I biked twice, swam twice, ran once (did 1 1/4 miles yesterday in about 11 min) and walked a lot plus weights and floor. My belly is flatter today and feeling more toned. Everything is feeling tighter so I am happy about that. I am really feeling energized and excited to see what I can accomplish in this training. Now I just need to eat sensibly this weekend! Hope you all have a good weekend.
