I haven't logged properly for a while now, and I just came to the realization that I have forgotten how many calories are in some things. Especially pork and cheese. And what do I decide to eat this morning? Both of them together. Luckily I decided to be "healthy" and not put mayo on. But geez I've nearly eaten all my calories just for breakfast. Really have to be mindful of what I'm putting on my plate.

On the positive side I'm hoping to see this as a bit of a breakthrough. But I really want to make this an everlasting change. So slow and steady.

It doesn't matter how long it takes me or how many times I have to get back up, as long as I never quit!!!!
