I am continuing to gain weight; scale is looking like it used to. Started a new challenge Saturday, but didn't start until today. I really need to get on track.....

I've been having a tough time the past couple of months too darlin' trying to stay on track...I managed to maintain - but no significant losses since early summer....Now tho....summer and party time are over....time to get back to it....WE CAN DO THIS.... Let's do it together.....Hugggggies......Deb

Just start with one thing! It's great that you managed to come back here and stay with the journaling. Now pick just one other thing, e.g., go to the gym and put in 10 mins only. Nothing more. That'll get ya started...! And before long, you'll be back in the groove!! Hang in there...!!! You can do it!!
