Boy don't I know it. I just took a 4 day break and feel like crap this morning. My plan was to get up and exercise, exercise, exercise but TOM is here with all its fun and I don't know how much I can really do but will plod through as much as possible. Get back on track today and we can recover together! I haven't recorded anything in 4 days! Tell me I'm not a failure!!!!:):):)
