Ok. Monday is the day. Gotta move, gotta try and do this C25k. Gotta do it.
Calories were not so hot, but still a deficit, so a slight pat on the back to me.
I do not want Monday to come, I want it to stay wonderful Sunday all week.
Monday brings work, overnight stays with the grandmother ( she is bed ridden) and the hope that someone will rent my extra room in my office. I need help with the rent, but not at the expense of my hard work and good professional image. I wont have it.
Here is to another week, I can not make it stop. Though I wish I could. I could live 1000 sundays and never have enough.
This will be a great week,because I will make it so.

Hey you did great...1437 calories is really good...you really don't want to go under 1200 and you don't want to be hungry cause then you'll just keep binging! So good job! As for Sunday, that's my monday...even though I am a stay at home mom, it's my first day back to "work" without the help of Dad LOL! I wish it would be Saturday all the time hehe! Good luck and keep up the great work!
