Sooooo I’ve been off the wagon so long I’ve forgotten how to eat healthy 🙄
After spending a night in hospital following a Gallbladder attack (didn’t even know I had gall stones prior), I now have no choice but to stick to a low fat/low cholesterol diet 😑 I can’t have my op until Covid has gone away.
I obviously have been unsuccessful losing weight because I need to, but now the option of cheating has been taken away I know I can do it, I’m terrified of having another attack

Stay strong, eating healthy isn’t that bad, you eat more food for less calories 😝
Amd healthy doesn’t mean depriving yourself for example, instead of fries opt for baked wedges they are awesome!!
