It's been 21 days since I got serious about my new healthy lifestyle - another 2 pounds off of me! It just a measurable way of saying, "I feel great!" The Wii dancing & kickboxing are so much fun, it makes me so much happier. Although, I'm a bit more tired in the mornings & need a longer soak in the shower - I'm much more cheerful. The situp challenge is helping to work the core muscles that I HATE working on, but LOVE the rewards.
