Still fluctuating between 165 and 170. Have not been making the best use of quarantine as far as exercise is concerned. All this free time has given me the ability to kick that can down the road. 'Later' has turned into 'tomorrow' which turns into 'after this weekend.' Happy to report I got some calisthenics in today and hope to stay consistent with it throughout the week.

The one great thing about this quarantine has been that I'm eating out less and cooking more at home. This week we've made pork chops, cajun chicken pasta, friend shrimp, honey ham and more. It's been awesome trying out new recipes and sitting as a family every night for dinner. I've also been using my food scale as much as possible to accurately measure my intake.
