Hi everyone, I've decided to weigh on Tuesday or Wednesday. My calorie intake of yesterday were not within my limits, I aim for 1600, usually I reach 1400 and according to some research, I should obtain 1900 for weight loss, but I was well over 2200. My mom suggested that we fast today to balance my blood sugar levels. Therefore I'm fasting from 6am to 6pm tonight. After 6pm I will have a balanced dinner of about 500 calories. Tomorrow I'll be back in my normal routine.

I also want to channel the fasting as thanks to our Lord and Saviour, today on Resurrection Day❤️🙏
