Monday!! Good morning all! Kids are off to school and it's a sunny day here in PA! Great morning for a brisk walk, which is where I am headed after this! Then back home for some of those good old south beach diet scrambled eggs...yum.... hear the enthusiasm in my typing??! they are good for me, they are good for me, I keep telling myself! Maybe I'll add some salsa to them today to SPICE up my morning! Yes! I feel a wonderful day coming on! Spicy breakfast, then a visit from the water company to patch the big leak in my yard that coming from who knows where! Then an appointment with the vaccum cleaner to sweep up all the chip crumbs from the kids last night! then perhaps after lunch a rondevoux with Billy Blanks and his Tae bo tapes! yes! it's going to be a great day!!!!:)
