Well yesterday I treated myself and today it's time to get back on track. I'm a little hungry, maybe I'll have a salad or maybe I'll have something alittle better since I'm going to work out tonight before dinner. I would rather work out after dinner but I won't have time, that really sucks but at least I get to work out.

I really need some good suggestions for lunch. Anyone have any suggestions?

They have the WW meal's you can put in the microwave, & there pretty tasty! Also Progresso makes several 0 point soup's.
