Had a very bad weekend with my eating. Found out one of my very good friends was getting laid off (we work together). So we went out to "celebrate" and ended up closing the bar after having at least 10 drinks. After that I spent the whole weekend eating junk and feeling sorry for her (and myself). Thought I'd get back on track today but then overate at lunch. It's like once I start eating I can't stop. I'm very frustrated with myself. Hoping the rest of the week goes better.
