I’m still here. Holding down the fort. Ran 2.2 miles today at a 9:30 minute mile pace. More cardio with the gym being closed, but hitting the dumbbells as much as possible.

Ha! I tried to purchase a pair of 25 lb dumbbells and like one 40lb...cannot buy anywhere unless delivery is late June! I only have lighter hand weights. May need to lift gallon bottles of water

I know, right? HCB, I’ve been trying to figure out how to rig my 2 25 lbs dumbbells together. I thought there was a device for this, but I’m getting creative!

You can put sand in milk jugs or those plastic pet food containers. if that's not heavy enough, wet it down.

Keep it up. I run 3-4 m a day. Lift weights and walk an hour a day. I am contemplating purchasing a peleton. I miss my vicious spinning classes.

Thank everyone! I’ll be doing more cardio until this whole thing is over. The spring and summer are great for getting outside and with all the time inside, it’ll be healthy to go for runs.
