I knew I would have a great number this week due to being pretty bloated the last weigh in. I am very happy with my loss. I stuck to my eating almost all week. I still am having a hard time putting exercise in the mix. I know this is something i really need to work on. I know that my numbers would be better if I exercised plus I would feel better. I will make that a priority this week. My goal is 3 days to start and move up from there. I really want to be under 200 for the first time in 10 years.
