Need to get motivated. Need to stay focused. Need to do this for me. I did not NEED the donettes-- shame.

You don't need the donuts, but having them once in awhile, in moderation is ok. There shouldn't be shame in eating them. Make small steps in the changes you're making. You can't expect for them to stick if you're taking them in leaps & bounds. Take one thing & vow to change it. When that is no longer a challenge, make another. You can do this & it'll be far easier to focus that way. = )
