Wow....I cant even begin to say wat I think about the calories in breakfast today. Not that I expected any less but I never really added it into my diary. WOW.

Thats something that isnt going to happen anymore.

Im starting a kick of nothing but water. As much as I love my soda, I gotta try this water thing. I think it will make a HUGE difference.

I can say one thing...Im getting so sick of not being able to fit in clothes I was able to wear last year. Im better than this, and its time I act like I deserve it.
