yeah!!!!!! i did not gain weight today! stayed the same so hopefully i am ready to start loosing again!

You are really doing great Restless. I am so happy for you. Why would you have gained though?

i got sick and didn't eat for almost 10 days then was afraid that when i started eating again my body would be in starvation mode and save everything it did for 3 days but now i am holding without the gain
