That's two days in a row I didn't take a 15 minute walk. I don't feel badly, though. I'm still doing 15 minutes of yoga in the morning.

Learned in the forum here that I'm most likely constipated because of that salad a day, of all things. I'm not used to eating raw vegetables, and the cellulose compacts. I suppose it will get better as I adjust. I like the salad a day challenge for the most part, but I feel pissy about the fact you don't know all the mini challenges until you join, and one of the mini challenges is to exercise 30 min!

Come on! It's enough for me that I'm eating something green every day. If I want more exercise, I'll join an exercise challenge (which I did, I love my little yoga challenge).
