This is my first day on a diet. I have been diagnosed with PCOS and my GYN told me loosing 10% of my body weight will help reduce the side effects. As of yet just not wanting to be a little pudgy hasn't been enough motivation to commit to a diet. But now that I know it could affect my chances of having a child with my fiance, I am going to really crack down. Here is to a new me!
