Yay! I lost weight this week! Two weeks in a row with a lower number! I did pretty good with my eating and working out this week, except for yesterday. We had a bbq, and I made ribs...very good ribs...but, I only had two, so even though I didn't do so good on quality, I did well on quantity.
Well, I gotta get back to work!
