I'm regretting the choice I made for lunch today. I've been feeling sick ever since lunch and I'm certain the food I got is what is bothering me. I was told that if I don't eat my allowance of weight watchers points that the program is not affective. So I have been trying to make sure I eat all of my points during the day. So the choice I made for lunch was soup and 2 tacos from Qdoba - only 10 points for all of it. And since I'm allowed 30+ points I thought it would be ok, but now I feel sick. It's been a long time since I've had food from there. I think my body is trying to tell me something. I've also had a lot of issues with food ever since I had my gal bladder out last year. I guess I'll just have to avoid Qdoba for a while. :(

You are supposed to eat all your daily points every day. But if there are days when you don't, don't worry about it. Some people do have gains if they don't eat all their dailies. Most people lose better when they eat their dailies and some of their flex points. Good luck!
