My second accomplishment of the day. Smoked some brisket. Flavor was great, but I need to work on the prep and maybe take it off the smoker a little sooner.

This one took about 12 hours. Smoked at 225. I was supposed to start it lower, so I think it cooked too fast. Lots of learning to do with brisket. It’s the one meat I need to master still.
