Oh my God, I really shouldn’t have done this... So I got up this morning and the sugar withdrawal really kicked in. There were Morrison's the best belgian milk chocolate cookies sitting on the kitchen side, so I had one.
Later I thought I’d push my luck and have the other, I knew I wouldn’t get any change out of 500 calories. Just looked them up 388 calories EACH!
That’s what happens when you eat before you look.
Guess I’m on Chicken with a lot of roast veg later.
